Doing some work on the farm

We just applied for a construction loan so that we can do some upgrades on our property.  We want to set up a paintball field and also build a new shed for the goats for breeding.

I like the idea of taking out a home loan like this so that we don't have to deal with all the money in one lump sum.  We can take it out as we need it, do our projects and contruction, and pay for what we're using only.  Hopefully, we will be approved for more than enough -- that way, we won't even have to use it all. 

We should hear back on our mortgage application in a few days.
